Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NexAgent platform, available at nexagent.io (“Service”), operated by NexAgent B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands(“we”, “us”, or “NexAgent”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
NexAgent is a subscription marketplace that allows users to discover, activate, and interact with AI agents built for specific business tasks. Agents are served through a chat interface and may connect to third-party services (such as Gmail or Notion) via OAuth integrations you authorise.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.
2. Accounts
- →You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- →You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- →You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- →You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- →If you become aware of any unauthorised use, notify us immediately at support@nexagent.io.
3. Subscriptions and billing
NexAgent offers the following subscription plans:

- →Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- →All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law.
- →You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- →We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. Contact support@nexagent.io within 14 days of your first charge to request a refund.
- →Failed payments may result in suspension of your account. We will notify you before suspension.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- →Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- →Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service or its underlying systems.
- →Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, discriminatory, or in violation of third-party rights.
- →Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
- →Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
- →Use automated scripts to send messages at a volume that would impair the Service for other users.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material violations of this section without refund.
5. AI-generated content
The agents on NexAgent are powered by large language models (“LLMs”), including models provided by Anthropic. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific situation.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any outputs before acting on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content. Always apply professional judgement before using outputs in legal, financial, medical, or other consequential decisions.
6. Integrations
You may connect third-party services (Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, etc.) to NexAgent via OAuth. By connecting an integration, you authorise NexAgent to access the specific data scopes you approve. You can revoke access at any time from your Settings page or from the third-party service directly.
NexAgent requests only the minimum permissions necessary for each integration to function. We do not read, store, or use data from third-party integrations for any purpose other than fulfilling your requests to agents.
7. Developer marketplace
Third-party developers may publish agents on the NexAgent marketplace. By registering as a developer and submitting an agent, you agree to:
- →Implement the NexAgent Agent Contract as documented at nexagent.io/docs/agent-contract.
- →Allow NexAgent to retain a 30% platform commission on all subscription revenue your agents generate. You receive 70%.
- →Submit accurate information about what your agent does and what data it accesses.
- →Ensure your agent complies with all applicable laws, including GDPR where relevant.
- →Maintain your agent's availability and respond to support issues in a timely manner.
NexAgent reserves the right to remove any agent from the marketplace at its sole discretion, including for quality, safety, or legal reasons.
8. Intellectual property
The NexAgent platform, brand, and underlying software are owned by NexAgent B.V.. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
You retain ownership of any content you submit or create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant NexAgent a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely to deliver the Service to you.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at support@nexagent.io. We will delete your account data within 30 days of your request, subject to any legal retention obligations.
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give you reasonable notice unless immediate action is required for legal or security reasons.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, NexAgent's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data. This does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
